Summerfest features a number of Private Party Areas available for you to host a corporate outing, reunion, birthday party or annual event. These Private Party Areas are available all 11 days of the festival. They include full party set-up, tent, tables/chairs, bar, access to restrooms, a security guard and a place to display your event sign or corporate banner. Admission tickets are available at a discounted rate.

Large Group Volunteering

Companies and groups can find volunteer opportunities with Summerfest and the Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Run. Your organization, group or company can enjoy team-building while supporting our community and helping to create successful events . Summerfest volunteers are needed before and during the festival to help in various areas including Planting Day, Admission Promotions, Children’s Fest Day, Guest Services and more. Summerfest Rock ‘n Sole Run volunteers are needed throughout race weekend to help with Packet Pick-Up, Course Marshal Duties, Aid Stations, Finisher's Medals and in many other areas.
